Explorations in Bronze – Degas and New Mexico Sculptors, Santa Fe Museum of Fine Arts, (June 10-Oct. 2, 2005). Outdoor exhibition of colossal bronze horse head from the equestrian monument by John S. Houser off the Plaza near the Entrance of the museum. The bronze hoof and leg are exhibited inside the museum.
Tom Lea - A Retrospective, Art Windows of El Paso, Sponsored by the City of El Paso and located at El Paso International Airport (2005). Exhibit features work of Tom Lea including his illustrations of Twelve Travelers Through the Pass of the North. The exhibited includes the bronze bust of Tom Lea by John S. Houser.
